Film Review - Bad Neighbours

Seriously. How bad are your neighbours?

Delicious Dave Franco and America’s heart throb Zac Efron co-star in the new and greatly fussed about comedy: Bad Neighbours. Kelly and Mat who are played by the famous Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne move into what they thought would be a wholesome and peaceful neighbourhood, determined to secure a great place to raise their new-born child however…
They were wrong.
When frat boys Teddy, Pete and the whole fraternity move in across the street all hell breaks loose. Not at first of course. At first glance the couple were okay about the whole situation; they even offered them weed as a sign of peace. But when the parties started and the noise levels went up, so did the couples patience. Police officers were called, pranks were pulled, sexual remarks were made and tears were shed (Yes on both sides) and that was just about the perfect recipe for a highly rated comedy.
The greatest achievement Bad Neighbours had to me personally was the ability to make a very easy and not that great storyline one of the most memorable and exceptionally hilarious movies I’ve ever seen and believe me, I don’t laugh that often. It definitely beat most “high school/ college” based movies like Project X and certain American Pie movies by a mile.

Even though it did have its normal “the good prevails over evil ending” It is definitely a one to watch, besides do I even have to mention how beautiful the two protagonists were? (Zac and Dave) If they were my neighbours Bad Neighbours would've been a sequel.
