10 Minutes on FOX NEWS and The Last Leg

The minutes I watched on Fox News showed the debate between three reporters, one man (Billy O'Riley)  and the other two female on the discussion of if there should be a woman president within the US. After watching the short clip I noticed a lot of open sexism towards the two females, the male reporter repeating the phrase 'there has got to be some kind of problem regarding a woman running office'. I think the fact that this is openly being discussed, aired on live TV and actually considered news is quite baffling. A lot of views like this being openly said on TV, especially to a lot of viewers would in turn effect the way others, especially a younger generation whose opinions are yet to form view the subject and other subjects also.

The Last Leg is a much more comical side of News Reporting compared to FOX News, due to the harsh jokes made regarding issues such as politicians and the way that the government have made decisions for the UK. I think the show is quite interesting due to the inclusion of people with disabilities and them being the ones doing the reporting and interviewing for example Alex Brooker interviewing Nick Clegg, during this interview we could see the harsh reality of politics and how 'out of the loop' most politicians are when it comes to the real world and how they make decisions.
